In order to convert an e-mail into a PDF document, you need an additional program for most e-mail services. Microsoft Outlook has already integrated this function into its own mailer. You can convert and save your emails directly from the mailbox into PDF format.
The PDF format is still the standard, especially for professional e-mail traffic, and many companies and companies use it exclusively. As a universal format, the PDF can still be opened and viewed on almost any device without the need for a specific writing program. To convert your e-mails directly into a PDF with Outlook, proceed as follows:

You can save e-mails that you convert into a PDF with Outlook either on your computer or in a folder in your Outlook. First you open the email you want to convert with a double click. Now click on “File” in the menu at the top and then on “Save As”.

In the next window you can now select where the email should be saved as a PDF. This can be a folder on your computer, for example. If you wish, you can also enter a title for the e-mail / the later PDF document under “File name”. Click on the save location and then select “Save” at the bottom.
Your e-mail will now appear as a PDF in the storage location you have chosen. From here you can continue to use them and use them as an e-mail attachment.
