New Game+ in Dying Light 2?
When is New Game Plus coming? Developer Techland promises one of the biggest updates for Dying Light 2 to date for the end of April. There is no specific date for this yet. We will of course keep you updated as soon as the studio reveals more information.
Why is New Game Plus so exciting? With New Game+, you can usually relive a game’s story if you’ve already finished it without starting from scratch. Skills and earned equipment are usually retained, sometimes there are also new challenges in the form of tougher opponents, which lure better loot to eliminate.
What exactly New Game Plus will look like in Dying Light 2 is currently unknown. But we could imagine that you can complete the story, side missions and open world activities again. You should be able to transfer Aiden’s unlocked skills and collected Inhibitors to your new save. While this is pure speculation, we think it would make sense.
In fact, the community has been waiting for New Game+ for Dying Light 2 since shortly after its release. Many players would have liked this option from the start, so the news should be welcomed by fans.
