Just in time for the holidays, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has a small update that for the first time also integrates a flying vehicle into the gameplay.

Until now, you could only fly through the air with a glider in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, but in the future that will change. PUBG Corp. has given the Battle Royale hit a new update that brings with it a new flight vehicle.
The patch is initially available on the PUBG Labs test servers. From now on you can try out the so-called Motor Glider, which – depending on the test run – may later be integrated into the live version of the title.
One of the new Motor Gliders has space for two players who can use the vertical element. Since the vehicle as a whole is kept quite open, this offers no special protection beyond the new option. Players can use the flying object to try out new angles of attack and take advantage of them. The main focus, however, should be on the fact that you can travel through the map very quickly. Nevertheless, depending on the situation, the new vehicle should not always turn out to be the smartest variant.
