After the redesigned Playstation Plus has been running in the USA and Asia for a few weeks, the starting signal for Europe was given today. Sony is thus combining its two subscription offers PS+ and PS Now and offering three different levels, each with their own advantages and offering a counterpart to Microsoft’s Game Pass.
The previous variant now runs under the name Essential and delivers exactly what you already know. Monthly games, access to online multiplayer on the Playstation, regular discount campaigns and some exclusive content. The version is available from 8.99 dollars per month.

If you want to really let it rip and also want to secure access to PlayStation 1 and 2 classics, you can get Playstation Plus Premium, but you have to dig a little deeper into your pocket. This costs 16.99 dollars per month. There are games like Tekken 2, the BioShock series or Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. In addition, Sony lets you play large titles for a limited time if you are still struggling with the purchase. These currently include Horizon: Forbidden West, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, Cyberpunk 2077 and many more.
