Sony is reorganizing and uniting all of its future first-party titles under a new brand called “PlayStation Studios”. The name will, however not for exclusive titles stand. As the Japanese company explains, games with this banner also want to be published on other platforms.

The new brand name should serve as a kind of seal of quality and stand for high quality single player games – from studios under the Sony roof (so-called first-party games). So far, many users are not aware that brands like God of War, The Last of Us and Horizon: Zero Dawn are being created at Sony Worldwide Studios.
