If you’re a big fan of Pokemon plush toys like I am, I have good news. Sprigatito, the starter game for Pokemon Crimson and Violet, has now received its own Build-a-bear.
In Build-a-bear’s Pokemon Shop, there are dozens of Pokemon to choose from and take home; Pikachu, Leafeon, Sobble, Growlithe, Mew, Gengar and more fan-favorite animals. Adding to the bear roster options is grass-type bear Sprigatito.
Sprigatito is the perfect complement. With my feline looks and the cutest smile, it didn’t take long before I lost my self-control and ended up ordering one of these for myself.
The Sprigatito Bundle is £43.00 or $55.00 on the Build-a-bear website.
These include a pajamas and cape that can be used to adorn your bear. Its description reads: “Bask in the sun with your very own Sprigatito plush! This friendly Sprigatito plush keeps you company, making you feel like you’re on an adventure in the Paldea region. This grass-type Pokémon has cat-like body, green fur, pointy ears, and leaf-like tufts on the neck. Bring your own pod home to grow your pod.”
The only downside to the Sprigati to Build-a-bear is that it doesn’t have a voice box. Many of the Pokémon on the Build-a-bear site come with their own voices attached, or you can record your own voice or messages for them to speak. It’s a pity that the Sprigatito doesn’t come with a voice box this time around.
Regardless, Pokemon plushies are still cute, and I’m still getting more and more eager to spend. But what do you think?
