Poker Face Staffel 2: Start

The first season of “Poker Face” started on January 26, 2023 on Peacock. The final episode of the ten-episode season aired on March 9, 2023. We therefore assume that filming for season 2 will start in autumn 2023. New episodes would therefore be in Sommer 2024 expected.

Poker Face Season 2: Storyline

“Poker Face” is about the fugitive Charlie Cane. The extraordinary woman has an ability that will help her solve all sorts of mysteries. Because of this, Charlie uses her gift to solve murders. Of course, not everyone likes that. As a result, Charlie is always in danger. In each episode we get to see a different case and accompany the investigator as she solves it.

Poker Face Season 2: Cast

It is not yet known if all of the cast of the first season will return. The only thing that is certain is that Natasha Lyonne (“Matrjoschka”) will once again take on the leading role of Charlie Cane.

Season 1 also features Joseph Gordon-Levitt (“Inception”), Adrien Brody (“Winning Time: Rise of the Lakers Dynasty”), Benjamin Bratt (“Law & Order”), Stephanie Hsu (“Everything Everywhere All at Once” ), David Castañeda (“The Umbrella Academy”), Jameela Jamil (“The Good Place”) and Tim Meadows (“The Office”).

In an interview with the magazine “Men’s Healthy‘ series creator Rian Johnson spoke of wanting Jamie Lee Curtis to be part of Season 2.

Poker Face Season 2: Production

The “Poker Face” was developed by Rian Johnson (“Breaking Bad”). He is producing the series through T-Street Productions (“Knives Out”). Lead actress Natasha Lyonne serves as executive producer on the series.

Also joining the cast are Animal Pictures’ Maya Rudolph and Danielle Renfrew Behrens, T-Street’s Ram Bergman and Nena Rodrigue, and Nora and Lilla Zuckerman, who serve as executive producers and co-showrunners.
