Shroud is one of the best shooter players out there, few should doubt that. As a former professional, the Canadian with Polish roots, whose real name is Michael Grzesiek, played Counter-Strike: Global Offensive for the e-sports team Cloud9.
So it should be interesting for inclined fans that today's youtuber and streamer also plays Riot Games' CS: GO competitor Valorant during the current beta phase. Can the experienced mouse artist shine in the new tactical shooter?

Valorant and e-sports

It is of course still a bit early to rave about e-sports – in a game that has not even been released. The Free2Play release is only in the Summer 2020 planned.

It is conceivable that Riot would like to establish a similar esports scene with tournaments and high prize money for Valorant. We'll have to wait and see what actually happens.
