A Plague Tale: Immerse yourself in medieval France ravaged by the Black Death
Points cont
- A long, well-written, breathtaking, powerful adventure
- Richer gameplay that offers fun choices
- Very nice graphics for different settings
- A great musical atmosphere
- The amazing ending
weak points
- The infiltration mechanics are still imperfect
- A final coat of paint is missing
A Plague Tale: Requiem is the confirmation game. A sister’s trust in her little brother as the world collapses in the wake of their defeat. Then that of the great talent of Asobo Studios. This sequel offers richer gameplay without disturbing the formula and never forgets the essentials related to the genre it aims at. The infiltration mechanics can be challenging, and we would have liked a final coat of paint, but none of the flaws encountered cloud our judgement: with Requiem, the Bordeaux studio delivers a great vintage. Dark red like death.

Stray on PS5: Play as a cat in the most feline adventure on PlayStation!
Points cont
- The charming protagonist
- A wonderful universe to explore
- A very nice background noise
- A pretty good story
weak points
- Very easy puzzles
- Supervised jumps
- A short hair (6 o’clock in a straight line)
Stray’s main strengths lie in its adorable protag onist and its environments that are a joy to explore. Let’s add to that a well-managed narrative and mystical atmosphere draped with beautifully synthesized melodies. There are still the puzzles, often too easy, and the frustration of not being able to jump where we want that prevent the game from reaching its full potential. Stray is still a very nice experience, perfect for the youngest and quite touching for adults.

Gran Turismo 7 on PS5: One of the best racing simulation games on console!
Points cont
- Single Player Progression
- driving pleasure
- Accessibility, between tools and levels of difficulty
- The right number of cars and tracks
- The influence of the weather
- It’s nice and clean
- The competitive aspect of Sport mode
- The photo mode and livery editor, revealing and sharp
weak points
- Artificial intelligence, soulless
- The replayability of the “I start last” scenario in single player
- A credit point calculation system that could be improved
- Some rare missing information (e.g. weather forecast before a race)

Points cont
- A sense of tactics still so successful
- Many very homogeneous game options
- A really thoughtful and pleasant collaboration
- The random aspect of each mission that ensures its freshness
- A successful visual and acoustic atmosphere
- A well-crafted and stimulating progression
weak points
- No real scripted frame, no end
- The retraining of operators (despite their efficiency)
- Still minor AI issues from enemies
Extraction’s greatest strength is undoubtedly its brilliant blending of two completely different universes: on the one hand, the ultra-calculated military aspect of the Rainbow Six saga, and on the other, the tireless fashion of the infected (or zombies). has been attacking our favorite hobby for years. It’s not all perfect, though: we definitely would have liked a real script framework to lend legitimacy to the whole thing, for example, but the pleasure gained in the sweat of one’s brow during a successful outing makes us largely forgive its few pitfalls.

Far Cry 6: the exotic FPS with the sweet touches of Revolución!
Points cont
- A charismatic villain AND hero
- Significant effort in terms of storytelling
- A tasty atmosphere paired with a successful artistic direction
- A feeling that is still just as effective
- A fully playable adventure for two
weak points
- Lots of new mechanics that are too optional
- A redundancy in goals and approach
- The development of the main character less pleasing than before
We can admit without difficulty that Far Cry 6 is a successful adventure, warm and in the style of the previous episodes: if the scenario proves effective and dictates us a pleasant revolution, the latter is not what will best represent both this new one Episode with exotic settings that stays in the traditional structure of the series. The few really new features don’t change the experience drastically either; but the end result is no less pleasant, if hardly surprising: we end up, then, with a very efficient production, which revives the exotic atmosphere specific to the saga and is supported by some commendable efforts in terms of narrative. Solid Far Cry, no doubt.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: the RPG from the cold and the land of the Drakkar
Points cont
- An incredible immersion in 9th Century England
- The management of the colony, well integrated into the main framework
- Narrative arcs with varied themes and well treated
- The “old fashioned” infiltration in certain cities
- Achievement efforts in the cutscenes…
weak points
- …But the cutscenes/gameplay transitions still lack fluidity at times
- The ending, less brilliant than the rest of the adventure
- Lots of little bugs that spoil the immersion
The bet seemed risky, but it paid off. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla offers an amazing mix of all the saga’s formulas, managing to juggle between phases of wild raids on the one hand and penetrating the hearts of the crowd on the other, without one of its subsystems not really seeming to suffer from this multi-faceted approach. A nice feat that comes with an adventure packed with exciting side stories, also supported by immersive and particularly well-integrated exploration and progression systems. In summary, while Assassin’s Creed Valhalla sufficiently renews the experience of the saga thanks to a rich and functional overall design and an approach that should excite fans from the very beginning, it also retains some stigmas of its predecessors that prevent it from being a to aim a little higher.

Horizon: Forbidden West, the machine killer adventure continues
Points cont
- DA and lush universe
- More fun exploring
- Strategic and lively combat
- Talented storytelling
- Exciting from start to finish
weak points
- A pretty hasty conclusion
- Small lack of real novelty
Building on an already very good first episode, Horizon Forbidden West hits the stars and becomes a true pinnacle for Guerrilla Games’ studio formula, but also for the “classic” open-world genre in general. Intriguing from start to finish, with a universe rich in artistic direction, better written and directed, and more engaging from a combat and exploration point of view, the title is almost impeccable in everything it undertakes, showing attention to detail in every moment. We can only regret that the conclusion was sent a little too quickly and that important innovations were missing. Not enough to spoil the wonderful adventure that awaits you in the forbidden west. A truly exceptional title.
