The creative director of Remedy Entertainment has the complete story in his hands on Twitter. What the Max Payne developers are planning next …
Good news for Remedy fans: Creative Director Sam Lake points out Twitter a first complete manuscript of a new game. So far, however, it is unknown whether the makers of classics like Max Payne and Alan Wake are planning a sequel or a new IP. After all, according to the author’s story, Remedy has created a new brand each with Quantum Break and Control.
Here’s the story for the next big Remedy game. Well, one draft of it at least 😁. @remedygames pic.twitter.com/piYx11aC3h

After the great games about the author Alan Wake and the events in Quantum Break and Control, there seems to be a fresh supply in the making. Because Creative Director Sam Lake not only holds paper in his hands on Twitter, but also the unfulfilled hopes of countless players. Fans of the Remedy games, which are characterized by an excellent story and cinematic presentation, are already speculating Reddit
Also on Twitter Lake announced a new project a year ago under the hashtag #amwriting (Eng .: I write). The reference to the author Alan Wake makes so many fans sit up and take notice. It wasn’t until July 2019 that Remedy bought back the rights to Alan Wake from Microsoft (to the report: Is Alan Wake 2 coming? Remedy is working on the next game). So it is quite possible that the continuation of the writer’s adventure will be fine-tuned.
A very special dream of many fans will most likely burst: It will probably not be a sequel to the Remedy classics Max Payne 1 and 2. Because the rights to the brand are currently held by Rockstar Games. So far, there is at least little evidence that anything will change in this regard. We can of course stay excited.
