Last week, Capcom promised us miracles to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Resident Evil saga back in October. Something promised, something due, here comes a new round of announcements.
The gate Happy BioHazard 25th Halloween recently put online to honor the quarter century of Capcom’s most terrifying license, it was hoped there would be plenty of surprises and announcements by October 29th, and it is clear the party is still a little hesitant to be in full swing be.
The arms fall to me
Fortunately for broke and / or hesitant gamers, one of the announcements about the recent Resident Evil Village is aimed right at them, more twice than once: The two demos will be available in April and may be back soon for more zombies and horrors in poor Ethan’s skin.
Starting October 27th, players will be able to browse the village or castle for 60 minutes on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series.
This new spotlight should allow Resident Evil Village to continue its journey, surpassing the 4.5 million copies sold last July, until a recently revealed and still mysterious DLC comes out.
As specifically announced, the Osaka publisher has also announced a number of discounts for Resident Evil Village, but also for the seventh episode when purchased as a bundle. The promotion for Xbox One and Xbox Series has already started and will run until November 5th and November 2nd on PC. The PS4 and PS5 versions will be offered at a reduced price from October 27th.
The festivities should not end there, because two more announcements have been promised for October 25th and 29th. So is it 25?
