How does the shooter work?
Similar to Rainbow Six: Siege or other tactical shooters, you play in relatively small teams: five players compete against each other. If you die, you’re out for the whole round, but your allies can revive you. So team play is very important, as the latest gameplay trailer shows:

Veiled Experts: Tactical shooter shooter shows the importance of team play in the trailer
The game is Search and Destroy, so you either have to detonate a bomb or defuse it in the other team in good time. In addition, Veiled Experts relies on a mixture of features that many of you probably already know from other shooters:
- Agents with special abilities: Depending on your preferences, you can play an agent of your choice who, thanks to special skills, is suitable for a specific playstyle. You can, for example, act offensively, attack from ambush or support your team.
- Turn-based shop: Successful actions such as kills or securing targets will earn you money, which you can spend on new weapons or gadgets between rounds of a match.
- No campers: Various gadgets make it easier to track down opponents, campers should have it much more difficult. The map also shrinks like in a Battle Royale, so you can’t stay in one place any longer anyway.
- Running and Climbing: Not only can you run and jump across the map, but you can also climb up the walls of buildings.
- Changing Maps: Your environment is largely destructible, cover is often short-lived. The explosion of a bomb also fundamentally changes the maps.
Until when does the beta run?
Interested parties have been able to try out the shooter on Steam since March 30, 2023, the open beta will remain until April 6 at 9:00 p.m accessible. Veiled Experts does not have a final release date yet, it should be released sometime in 2023.
