After changing the business model, Rocket League is now entering its third season. There is also a matching Rocket Pass, for which further details have now been announced.
The start of Season 3 in Rocket League brings with it a new Rocket Pass, which you can use to unlock fresh game content on a number of levels. There are a total of 70+ steps to climb, again distinguishing between a free and a paid version of the Rocket Pass.
With the premium version, you can secure a new vehicle immediately after purchase: the Tyranno. This is extremely fast and relies on the Dominus hitbox. The premium version also provides you with additional weekly and seasonal challenges and an XP boost that allows you to climb the individual levels faster.
Last but not least, there are also variants of various Rocket Pass items that can be unlocked beyond Tier 70. These pro rewards can also be traded with other players. And: The Rocket Pass Premium lets you unlock up to 1000 credits that you can use elsewhere.
What else does the Season 3 Rocket Pass have to offer in general? There are a number of items such as gate explosions, wheels, paintwork, hymns and more. Incidentally, the contents of the Premium Pass will no longer be hidden in the future, so that you know beforehand what you are investing your money in. From tier 70 you can see all the items that you can unlock on the other 30 levels.
