The US price of the Ryzen 9 9900x3d and Ryzen 9 9950x3D has been determined.
In the past few months, the market for gaming CPUs has only known one king: the AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3d took the top of numerous leaderboard, but also had to deal with some availability problems in particular at the start of sales.
While the situation is gradually recovering, AMD prepares the release of two CPUs, which at least want to put a shovel on it. We are talking about Ryzen 9 9900x3d and Ryzen 9 9900x3d, which celebrate their start of sales on March 12, 2025.
Now AMD's gaming boss Jack Huynh also has the US prices announced by the processors. As a result, nothing changes in the RRP compared to the predecessor:
- The Ryzen 9 9900x3D should start for a recommended retail price of $ 599.
- In contrast, AMD calls 699 $ 699 at the “best processor for gaming and content creation”, the Ryzen 9 9950x3d.

A RRP in dollars is still pending for the two AMD processors. If it remains in this country with a market price that is identical to the predecessor, the new CPUs for the following RRP would have to get on the market:

In both CPUs, AMD speaks of an average of around 10 percent compared to the respective predecessor with regard to performance in games and applications. Intel's current flagship in the form of the Core Ultra 9 285K also wants to depend on the manufacturer in the low double -digit percentage range.
