We don't know if Saitama is connected to another One Punch Man hero, or if the bald man with powerful fists could be as evil as the Pokémon Vileplume, but there is a fan who thinks that it is very likely that the Saitama's obsession with raising his power level and defeat evil they could turn it into "a monster".
This is expressed by a fan theory noobmaster69_is_loki on Reddit which focuses on this premise, the monsterization of the protagonist of One Punch Man (we could call this phenomenon monstrualization in Spanish) by trying to become something similar to what he constantly tries to defeat. If we think about it, Saitama not so different from Garou, since he seeks the same end, only that the second ended up really becoming a monster, after proposing as a goal to become one.
So, arguably, this monstrualization from Saitama passes by his obsession with transforming his body to an end although, for the moment, the calm and wisdom that he has managed to maintain in history have enabled him increase power without losing sanitythat is, "control" that obsession and own their powers instead of his powers own him.
