Diablo Immortal is the current phenomenon in smartphone/tablet games, unfortunately some Samsung phones seem to have some problems running it.
As reported in particular by sit Android Authority, the game Diablo Immortal has problems on some Samsung phone models. More specifically, those equipped with an Exynos processor. Some of them are even just unable to launch the game. Too bad.
A list of smartphones that will not run Diablo Immortal
The list was given in a thread Reddit by PezRadar, Blizzard Community Manager.
- Samsung Galaxy A12, A13, A21s, A51 5G and Galaxy A Quantum
- The Samsung Galaxy S10 series
- Samsung Galaxy Note 10
- Samsung Galaxy F12 and F62
- Samsung Galaxy M12, M13 and M62
- Samsung Galaxy X Cover 5
Aside from that, SamMobile reports that even the latest Exynos-powered Samsung S22 Plus has many issues with Diablo Immortal, with graphical glitches and glitches making the game generally unplayable.
A big problem
According to PezRadar, Blizzard may pause Diablo Immortal downloads on affected devices until a fix can be released. We can guess that this could have quite a negative impact on the game, especially knowing that Samsung is one of the major players in the smartphone market.
According to current information, Blizzard is working on a fix. At the moment there is no other possible solution to run the game on this Samsung list.
Diablo Immortal is available for Android, iOS and PC.
