, in Season 2 about vampires and in Season 3 machines apparently play a role. At least that’s what the short teaser with which Diablo 4 announces the reveal of Season 3 suggests. We will summarize for you what is already being shown and when we will find out more.
Evil is back again
The residents of Sanctuario still have to contend with bloodsuckers, and the next evil is already on the horizon. On Twitter, the developers of Diablo 4 show an extremely short teaser for Season 3, which reveals little more than the date for its reveal:

In the teaser, the camera moves through a collection of rotating gears. Near the end of the video, we catch a glimpse of red-hot runes surrounding the outline of an object or figure. The text of the tweet also says, unimaginable, arcane power
stir.
What this all means is still unclear at the moment. Fans are already discussing whether the season has something to do with the wizard class, or whether the runes are an indication of the return of the rune words that many people want.
New information is coming soon
But it is already clear when we will find out more: On January 16th The season will be presented in more detail, we can probably expect a trailer, and perhaps a detailed blog entry.
On January 18th At 6:00 p.m. Europe time there will be a livestream from the developers where Season 3 will be discussed in detail. At the end of the stream, questions from players will also be answered. You can be there live for the developer update as usual YouTube or Twitch.
A little later, Season 3 starts: As Blizzard has now confirmed, the new content starts on 23 January 2024.
After Season 1 disappointed many players, the second season delivered a much more rounded overall experience and was also an opportunity for us to retest. It is now exciting to see to what extent Season 3 can further improve the game and whether previously unresolved problems will be addressed.
