Attention Spartans of all backgrounds: Halo Infinite is currently hosting a new Operation with many new free features for multiplayer enthusiasts.
Halo Infinite continues at its own pace, at least in multiplayer, so it welcomes a new Operation called Anvil. On the agenda is a completely free Battle Pass, a new game mode, and a new map. Be careful, Spartans, this Operation is limited time.
Launch of a new free operation on Halo Infinite
Halo Infinite’s multiplayer continues to live its own little life, giving the Spartans reason to continue the fight. The latest example is this news Operation Anvil. It’s available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and Xbox Game Pass until July 30, and notably features a brand new game mode and launch map.
The mode in question is a variation of the popular Big Team Battle, which pits two teams of eight Spartans against each other, nicknamed “Sentinel Defense.” As the name suggests, each team must defend a Sentinel while trying to destroy the opposing one. The Sentinel’s durability is initially given as 2000 points. With each blow taken, this score decreases until one or the other reaches 0, marking the end of the battle. This mode may feature a community-created map called Command, a base of operations for the Spartans and their elite allies who are members of the Blades of the Arbiter.
By participating in this Halo Infinite multiplayer mode, you can earn points in a free Battle Pass, specially designed for the occasion and with 20 levels, including various cosmetic items and other bonuses. Finally, players can collect elite-style ASSAILER armor or even a new emblem. Spartans who want to get involved in the operation therefore have a lot of work to do until July 30, the date of its completion. In short, a way like any other to wait for now for a Halo 7 that seems very far away.
