Skateboard fans used to have a number of well-known titles from the Tony Hawk and Skate series, but now you can be happy that one title holds the genre flag, namely Session. In an update, this now also uses the classic Skate 3.

Session has been in early access on the PC for some time and now the skateboard title is to become even better. For a more retro feeling, a feature from the well-known skate series is now moving in: the corresponding control system.
The current control of session is considered extremely difficult to master, since this requires players to change their way of thinking about the use of the sticks. The left and right sticks represent the player's left and right feet, the triggers are used for weight distribution. In this context, the makers spoke of the fact that the game is a kind of simulation of how people skate in real life – and like the first time on a skateboard in real life, you will first and foremost fall prey to the game.
Our Session controls are not going anywhere, these will be an extra set of controls you can choose if you're not used to living in the Session universe yet 😉

This system proves to be difficult, especially for newcomers, and there have been many requests to do something here. Developer Crea-ture Studios has now heard and asked for these requests Twitter
Don't worry: If you want to master the challenge of the previous control system, you can continue to do so. The new control system is optionally available and in addition to the previous move-in.
There is also positive news about the still outstanding Xbox One version, which was also announced. There should also be news about this in the current month, so that a release on the Microsoft console seems to be at least getting closer.
