When will “Smile 2” be released in home cinema?
The film will only be released in cinemas shortly, so it is not yet known when you will be able to enjoy “Smile 2” at home. The start of streaming usually depends on the box office success. Successful cinema films usually have their home cinema premiere at a later date. If the sequel builds on the box office success of its predecessor, it will likely be released on video-on-demand on Amazon Prime Video and Co. at the earliest End of 2024
Which streaming service will “Smile 2” end up on?
It is also still uncertain when “Smile 2” will be available to watch with a subscription on the streaming service. What is at least likely is that the film, produced by Paramount Pictures, will be available on the in-house streaming service Paramount+.
In the past, there were usually ten to twelve months between the theatrical release and the streaming release until the theatrical titles were available on Paramount’s streaming service. So for now, expect streaming to start in the second half of 2025.
“Smile 2” on DVD and Blu-ray
Since the DVD and Blu-ray versions are usually released at the same time or shortly after the VoD release, the silver disc could possibly still be released End of 2024 or Early 2025 be available.
