The Summer Game Fest 2022 celebrations are almost over, but publishers have summer conferences planned. For its part, Nintendo is still waiting, but the Japanese manufacturer would have planned an event. And this next Nintendo Direct would arrive very quickly.
A Nintendo Direct next week?
Rumors of a Nintendo Direct this Wednesday, June 29th are growing. For a few days now, rumors have been evoking the publisher’s traditional summer party for this date. Today it is the famous Nacho Requena (via VGC) adding his grain of salt. The Manual S ite Reporter confirms a new show for that date and it should be something special.
The source explains that this Nintendo Direct should primarily focus on third-party games. The outlet goes further by detailing two things to expect. The first would be a Persona game. although I don’t know which ones ‘ says the source. Many fans are clamoring for a Switch version of Persona 5 Royal, which has also been announced for Xbox consoles.
The second would concern a game been available on other platforms for some time. The title in question would have been released four years ago. VGC thinks it could be Red Dead Redemption 2 over the cloud, but that remains pure speculation at this point. If the rumor is true, the publisher should announce its next Nintendo Direct by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. It will therefore not be necessary to wait very long to fix it.
