With Babylon’s Fall, Platinum Games announced an interesting action game back in 2018, but we hardly know anything about it even today. That could change soon. Because maybe we can allude to it in a beta.
Are we in for a surprise on Babylon’s fall?
Almost exactly three years ago, the developers of the popular Nier games announced Babylon’s fall. But not much was revealed about it. However, trailers showed action-packed battles against sometimes huge opponents and impressive special attacks. However, the scenes shown so far left many questions unanswered.
How is Babylon’s case playing? Besides the fighting, what else is there to do? What is the story about? Even after three years we still know next to nothing about the game.

Now the game fair E3 is just around the corner, maybe we could learn more about the action game there and more get a surprise
Because about SteamDB an entry for a closed beta for Babylon’s case has emerged. Unfortunately, there is no further information on this. So we don’t (yet) know:
- When does the closed beta start?
- How extensive is it?
- What exactly do we get to see?
It is entirely conceivable that Platinum Games will showcase Babylon’s case at E3 and the beta starts immediately afterwards. It wouldn’t be the first time something like this had happened. We should learn more at the Square Enix E3 show.

If Babylon’s case is a trade fair topic, we will probably find out exactly what kind of game it is. And with a bit of luck we can even play straight into the beta. However, we will have to wait for the Square Enix conference at E3 to be certain.
