The music streaming service Spotify is affected by the disruption. We’re getting reports of problems with the app and with playing music. This is known so far.
Streaming giant Spotify seems to be affected by a disruption. As of today, June 12, 2023, at 10:40 a.m., the app and playback are particularly affected. Most users report these problems from large cities in western Germany to our fault indicator.
In our Hamburg editorial office we did the self-experiment. Although the Spotify app takes an unusually long time to load, you can call it up with a little patience. We had no problems with playback. A solution may already have been found.
We don’t know anything about the cause of the disruption at this time. The company itself has not yet commented. As soon as we receive more information, we will inform you here.
