Star Wars The Acolyte shows up again and it looks amazing

The Star Wars series The Acolyte shows itself again and announces very, very serious things to us. It looks simply spectacular!

Expected by an army of fans, The Acolyte is THE next big Star Wars series coming to Disney+. After an announcement and a first trailer that received more than a lot of attention, the series offers a new trailer that is still just as impressive. It has to be said that the project is really attractive on paper.

The Star Wars universe is huge, very, very huge. We’ve been exploring the stars for years in numerous films, books, and now a number of live-action and animated series, making it difficult for the uninitiated to get their bearings. Regardless, fans clearly got their money’s worth. With The Acolyte

Star Wars should tell us more about one of the least explored periods of its universe, since it will take place in a distant, very distant time, before anything we know, before the first films of the saga.

It now remains to be seen how it all comes together, but with a 5-star cast including Carrie-Anne Moss (matrix

), Power Stenberg (Hunger Games), Dafne Keen (Logan) or encore Manny Jacinto (The good place) we should be reassured, especially since behind the camera is Leslye Headland, one of the series’ creators Russian dolls on Netflix and has already worked on blockbusters like Cloverfield. We’ll see what the finished product will look like, but in the meantime, the first images are making us really hungry. The Acolyte will be broadcast on Disney+ from June 4th with a first XXL episode in two parts.
