As announced, Valve launched the Steam Next Fest tonight. As part of the campaign, you can try countless demos of upcoming titles in advance.
Steam now organizes the so-called Next Fest at more or less regular intervals. The latest edition started tonight and will now run for a week until February 28, 2022. During the event period you can look forward to a large number of playable demos of titles that have not yet been released.
You can find the corresponding event website here on Steam and offers, among other things, a filter option to easily search for demos of your choice. You can also differentiate by genre, so you don’t necessarily have to torment yourself through lengthy lists of games that you might not be interested in at all.
The demo highlights certainly include Conan Chop Chop, FAR: Changing Tides or the very promising The Last Oricru. The latter is an action RPG from GoldKnights and Prime Matter. which is played from the third-person perspective. The tryout includes the first two areas of the game and first story-changing decisions that you can also make in co-op.
The event will also be accompanied by numerous live streams and developer presentations on the included titles. There is a schedule for this on the event website, so you can keep an eye out for content that really interests you here as well.
