The Nintendo Direct Mini that was broadcast this afternoon has left us with a good handful of surprises, including the announcement of Super Bomberman R2. This coincides with Konami’s statement in which it announced that it would close the Super Bomberman R Online servers, but in return it would announce new projects related to the franchise.
Well, one of them will be this one that for the moment we know that among its novelties it will have a game mode called Castle. In it, up to 15 players must seize the treasure chests that are in the surroundings with a clean bombshell.
However, there will be an additional player who will be in charge of stopping all the others so they don’t get away with it. In addition, each one will be able to create their own scenarios and share them with the rest of the world so that there is a greater variety.
Over time we will see what more surprises it will bring us Super Bomberman R2but for the moment what we are clear about is that it will be in 2023 when it will head to PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC.
