Tempest Rising – Preview video of the great C&C hope

While EA is about to release Command & Conquer: Legions, the next free-to-play mobile game for the C&C brand, true C&C fans are waiting for the release of Tempest Rising. The real-time strategy game from Slipgate Ironworks is based heavily on Command & Conquer 3 and is currently considered a great hope for the genre. Aside from the story missions from the demo version, we have now finally sent later units into battle in skirmish mode and tried out special abilities. In the preview video, we summarize what impression Tempest Rising is currently making and where the developers should perhaps tweak some design elements. Unfortunately, there is still no release date for Tempest Rising, which is currently announced exclusively for the PC.
