The promising multiplayer of Tetris Effect should be offered to all owners of the game on PS4, Steam, Epic Games Store and Oculus Quest in July: in the end it will be nothing. The developers just announced that their much-anticipated expansion will finally land at the end of next month.
If Xbox players have been experiencing Tetris Effect: Connected for months, those on other platforms are unfortunately not that lucky. Therefore, Tetris Effect: Connected will be available on August 18, 2021 for PS4, Epic Games Store, Oculus Quest and Steam. Note that the game is also offered on this last platform 25% discount. On other platforms, the Connected expansion will be added for free through an update for anyone who owns the Tetris Effect game.
As a reminder This major update will add cross-platform multiplayer, even with a new spectator mode and options for Pas Speed Mode and Slow Speed Mode.
