To clear up all this confusion between the different versions of the game, The developers have made it clear that the features of the Connected version will also be available in the Epic Game Store and on the PlayStation next summer

This makes the game the same on all available media. In the meantime, Tetris Effect: Connected has been available for Xbox One and Xbox Series since November 10th.
