Already around the release of The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan, Little Hope was the name of the second part of the horror series. As is known, this is designed for a total of three games, which are, however, independent of one another and therefore do not build on one another.
Today, publisher Bandai Namco has now nailed his head and officially announced The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope. The second part of the series is due to be published in summer 2020, but the press release initially said nothing about the specific platforms. Man of Medan, however, was released for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, so you can also assume in the second part of the franchise.
Commenting on today's announcement, Peter Samuels of developer Supermassive Games commented: "We were very excited about the reactions of the players and the success of Man of Medan, the first part of The Dark Pictures Anthology
What is the new horror adventure about? Four students and their teacher are trapped in the abandoned town of Little Hope, trying to flow away from the nightmarish apparitions that they are ruthlessly chasing through the thick fog. To escape the small town, they need to understand the meaning of what is happening and how it relates to them.
There is not yet a more specific release date beyond the summer 2020 standard; you can watch a first trailer for the announcement attached.
