Game news The Division: The Saga is growing with two free-to-play games, Heartland and Resurgence
The Division saga comes from Ubisoft Forward in better shape than ever with two free-to-play games, one expected for PC and consoles and another for mobile.
Two The Division games on the schedule and we’ll start with Heartland!
Not only has the Assassin’s Creed license gotten a good taste of upcoming projects, but so has The Division franchise. Yes, if Ubisoft Forward lingered a few seconds on the arrival of a Season 10 but also a Season 11 at The Division 2, the long conference also revealed more details about two other games of the saga, namely Heartland and Resurgence. Deux productions playable for free.
The first, The Division Heartland, is a multiplayer third-person shooter. And unlike previous chapters that offered visits to gigantic metropolises like New York and Washington DC, this new adventure takes place in a small town in the United States, Silver Creek.
In The Division Heartland, players play as loyal agents of the Division, scattered across the land, responding to a call for help. Fighting alongside or against other trained Division agents, players will explore the mysteries of Silver Creek and bring hope to what remains of this small American town. Ubisoft
The whole thing doesn’t really have a release date, but note that we are still entitled to a wave in 2022/2023, so it will happen quickly. It is planned for PC, consoles and cloud (Stadia/Luna).

resurgence on the field
We continue with the second, which as you have understood is The Division Resurgence (the trailer is available above). This proposal, which is also free to play, is aimed primarily at players who play on iOS and Android.
Heavily inspired by previous works released on PC and consoles, Resurgence offers players the opportunity to take part in intense clashes in the Dark Zone, a PvEvP mode, but with new ideas such as unique dangerous enemies and many materials and equipment to use contains mountains. A full player versus player mode titled Conflict is also in the game.
As with Heartland, it is now possible to register for the game’s closed beta by going directly to Google Play.
Last July, The Division Resurgence went through a successful closed alpha where players enjoyed the graphics, gameplay and open world. Players who did not participate in the closed alpha now have the opportunity to play the closed beta, which will take place this fall.
