The wait will finally be over! Telltale Games’ new episodic adventure is upon us – and it’s nothing less than the video game adaptation of the hit sci-fi series The Expanse.
As of today, it is clear: You will be able to play the first episode of The Expanse: A Telltale Series from July 27, 2023 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC (exclusively in the Epic Games Store). . The game had previously been presented at the Game Awards 2021 and is the first brand new project from Telltale Games since the reorganization in 2018. In this respect, it will certainly also be exciting to see whether the studio will continue with old successes after the realignment and will be able to meet the qualitative expectations.
After launching at the end of July, additional episodes of the first season of The Expanse are expected to be released every two weeks. Season 1 will consist of five episodes in total. Pre-orders of the season will be available in a Standard and Deluxe Edition from June 1st; Those who decide early will also get 24 hours earlier access to Episode 1.
The Deluxe Edition will include additional content beyond the actual game, which has not yet been presented and confirmed in detail. The DLC plans in this context are still to be communicated.
