The Game Awards 2022 It’s happening tonight, and you can watch it with us.
The annual show promises game reveals, release dates, and updates on currently announced titles.
But the show is also about handing out awards, and this year’s coveted Game of the Year award featured three heavyweights going head-to-head, a stellar debut, and two other pretty good games.
The nominees for GOTY are Ragnarok, Elden’s Ring, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Horizon West Forbidden, Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and The Wanderer.
The game with the most nominations was without a doubt God of War Ragnarok with ten nominations, followed by Elden Ring and Horizon Forbidden West with seven each.
Tonight you can look forward to a host of guest hosts including AURORA, Bella Ramsey, Daniel Craig, Fuslie, Ken + Roberta Williams, Jessica Henwick, Joseph Fares, Pedro Pascal, Reggie Fils-Aime, Valkyrae and many more surprise guests.
Hozier will also perform Blood Upon The Snow’s Bear McCreary, from the soundtrack of Game of the Year nominee God of War, Ragnarok.
