It’s official, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League won’t be coming to consoles and PC in 2022. Rocksteady Studios (Batman Arkham) has confirmed the Jason Schreier rumor.
Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier’s sources hit the nail on the head again. The next game from Rocksteady Studios (Batman Arkham), Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, won’t be available until 2023. Actually, the crazy gang should be knocking on our door in 2022.

Even without a pandemic, keeping a calendar can be complicated, but the health crisis has put serious obstacles in the way of the video game industry. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has not been spared as their Gotham Knights was due out in 2021, and the same goes for Hogwarts Legacy: The Hogwarts Legacy, which is gearing up for its release later this year.
Another day, another game, another delay by Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League that will finally land in Spring 2023. It was Sefton Hill, creative director and co-founder of Rocksteady Studios, who broke the bad news:
We’ve made the difficult decision to push Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League back to Spring 2023. I know delay is frustrating, but this extra time will allow us to make the best game possible. I can’t wait for us to wreak havoc in Metropolis together. Thank you for your patience.
Suicide Squad: The Deglingos Team
For this adaptation, Rocksteady Studios took inspiration from comics, not movies. But unlike Batman Arkham games, this game will be playable solo or with up to four players online. The configuration does not affect the fact that you can embody (and change at will) the lover of the Joker Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, King Shark, which will devour enemies.

Set in the vast open world of the city of Metropolis, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League pits the four DC Super Villains against alien invaders and the DC Super Heroes whose goal is now to destroy the city they first set out to protect. In addition, members of the Suicide Squad have lethal explosive charges implanted in their heads that can detonate at the slightest sign of resistance.
In addition to extraterrestrial enemies, the task force will face off against members of the Justice League like Flash or Superman, who have scores to settle with this clique of madmen who like to fight hard.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be released in print on PS5, Xbox Series and PC in 2023.
