Now we are already burned children by the last few years when it comes to postponements. And while we’re not completely sure about Tears of the Kingdom just yet, one fact could be cause for optimism. The North American eShop has an age rating from the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB). So the game seems to have progressed far enough to be submitted for testing.
The rating itself, on the other hand, is not surprising. Tears of the Kingdom received an ESRB10+ rating. The title is therefore also suitable for younger target groups and was classified in exactly the same way as its predecessor. We can therefore expect that the USK will release children from the age of 12 for the German market.
