This year’s indie gem, Devolver’s Cult of the Lamb, is getting a major update next year and a whole host of new content. And to satisfy the thirst for knowledge of its believers, the Lamb offers us a first glimpse of what’s new to come.
Cult of the Lamb and big surprises for 2023
If he doesn’t reveal all his secrets to have a few more surprises in store, cult of the Lamb has already shared some videos to show us some of what’s in store for us next year. Therefore, we learn that the sword, dagger and ax will have the right to all new heavy attacks, which allow to inflict huge damage with a small charge at the start.
The ax can be thrown forward to clear a large area, while the dagger pierces everything in front of it, dealing significant critical damage. The Sword, on the other hand, will literally explode an area in front of our Lamb after targeting and charging an overpowered attack. As a bonus, the developers gave us a glimpse of a new version of one of the game’s bosses, certainly more difficult and, above all, much more disgusting.
So next year cult of the Lamb will be updated and will welcome some new features, in addition to new movements we will be entitled to new accessibility features, more difficulty modes, new challenges and a general improvement in the gaming experience.Basically, we are not about counting the sheep .
