Amazon postponed the release of its MMO New World.
People who want to try New world Amazon announced that it will have to wait another month.
The delay announcement stated that during the recent closed beta, the team received “a lot of feedback” and therefore, it hopes to make improvements based on these feedbacks.
“We hope that the release of the new world will bring a smooth and interesting experience to all players, which means some improvements based on what you encounter during the closed beta,” Read the developer update.
“As a result, we will spend an extra few weeks to smash bugs, improve stability and improve the game.”
The announcement went on to state that delay is not an easy decision to make, and the team behind it understands that this is not the first time the release date has been changed.
Originally scheduled to be released on August 25 last year, Amazon once again postponed the game to August 31 before it was postponed to the spring of 2021. Now, it will be released on September 28. Hope it will not be postponed again.
The team also stated that it is “humbled” by the support New World has received so far, with more than 1 million people playing for more than 16 million hours during the closed beta.
