The drawdown event in the Maliwan Blacksite event will be conducted against Borderlands 3 players and will begin next week.
Borderlands 3 Events will be scaled down to make it slightly easier. If it used to be difficult for you, it's now easier to make progress and hope to find a party.
Expect the zoomed version to continue to work Ends January 16 to January 30. After that date, the Gearbox software will restore the event to the expected level of difficulty.
The "Takedown" campaign originally scheduled for the Maliwan Blacksite incident earlier this month, but the incident apparently had problems hindering its launch.
The event started in November and is a four-player cooperative mission of level 50. The enemy's level has reached this level. You can choose to try solo content, but it will be difficult without the support of your team.
Gearbox also released a patch earlier this week to address various issues reported by players. The patch is explained below.
Borderlands 3 Patch – January 9
- Addressed concern that FL4K's "Furious Attack" sometimes did not cause bonus damage to pets as expected
- Addressed concern that Rakkcelerate sometimes did not apply the cooldown modifier as described in the skill description
- Resolved a report on the issue that the total weapon shield capacity for cheap tips is sometimes not displayed in the tooltip for item cards
- Resolved a report on an issue where "Disciplined Arbalest" sometimes comes with a shield
Anointed performer
- An issue has been identified where the immunity of anointed performers can sometimes make it more difficult than expected. As further investigation and a permanent solution were found, Gearbox temporarily reduced its health.
- Temporarily reduces the lives of anointed performers
