The Sims 4 is facing a new competitor
The “new” enemy entering the scene is Paralives, first revealed a few years ago. A game that might be ideal to wait until Project Rene (or The Sims 5) is released. Alex Massé started working on this title alone before managing to open a studio. And we can say that he and his team have not been idle in the last twelve months, as they recently revealed. It’s very simple, they managed to create more than 800 new objects for their creation. We can say that there were no half measures.

Since it is a life simulation game, the objects in question range from decorations for the garden to all kinds of furniture for the home, in short, the classic move. In any case, it won’t confuse Sims fans. So far we have only been able to catch a glimpse of these items. So there’s no new trailer to sink your teeth into, but it’s nice to see development moving along like clockwork. At least that’s the impression it gives.
That means you shouldn’t hope to get a release date just yet. At the moment, the plan is to continue work on Paralives, but that doesn’t mean the studio isn’t thinking about releasing the game. In this case, the plan is to release it in Early Access on Steam. We won’t know more, but we’ll keep a close eye on how it presents itself. In the meantime, you should know that a new expansion is coming to The Sims 4. It’s called “Be Sensational” and offers a kit with different elements to shine in society.
