Even if Maxis and EA are already working on the new The Sims 5, the previous The Sims 4 has by no means been shelved. More content for the long-running hit is to follow – and the community can help decide what future expansions will be about.
Still playing The Sims 4? Then you can now have a say in how the long-running favorite, the basic version of which is now also available free of charge, continues. EA and Maxis now let you have your say and help decide which topic future expansions should be inspired by.
There are two themes to choose from for each of the Create-A-Sim and Build/Buy sets. You now have until Monday, May 22 at 04:00 at night to cast your vote. The winning themes will appear in a future release of corresponding sets. Voting is now on here possible.
It works like this: First you have to decide between “light” and “dark”. You can express your Sims’ inner radiance and positive energy with the bright and fun Rainbow Core style. Characterized by vibrant colors and a variety of bright and cheerful patterns, this one will brighten up the Sims’ lives. On the other hand, you can also celebrate your dark side by voting for the whimsical and mysterious Gothic fashion, which will accentuate more melancholic Sims.
In the second vote, however, you have to choose between the past and the future. Choose from a medieval castle to recreate a glorious kingdom with a rustic castle. Those who opt for the future let high-tech futurism find its way into the game. This is expressed in futuristic architecture with elegant metal facades and bright accents.
