Over time, yakuza games have always benefited from high quality soundtracks. And if Japanese consumers were entitled to numerous CD copies of the music for the various episodes, recently Westerners have only had access to digital versions of those soundtracks. However, the situation will soon change.

Laced records
- Yakuza 0 (Limited Edition 6 Vinyl Box)
- Yakuza 0 (Deluxe 6 Vinyl Box Set)
- Yakuza 0 (double album deluxe)
The two sets of 6 vinyls contain 90 songs, while the double album offers a choice of 27 tracks. According to Laced Records, all of the music has been remastered to vinyl specifically for this release and pressed onto 180g discs, which are made for audiophiles.
These boxes not only feature music that can be heard in the various phases of the game, but also songs that can be heard in the karaoke and dance mini-games. For information, the Limit Edition box contains colored discs, while the Deluxe box contains black discs. Final pictures of the various boxes are not available in our gallery below
What about france?
As for the price, the two 6xLP boxes sell for £ 100. The double album is being offered for 33 pounds sterling (approx. 38 dollars). It seems important to note that due to Brexit, the cost of importing products sold in the UK into France can be very high.
It may therefore be wiser to wait for these boxes to be marketed in France. We can already tell you that on this subject Just For Games, Laced’s French partner, has confirmed that the 2xLP set is well marketed in France. Negotiations are currently underway for the 6xLP box set. Just For Games should be communicating this topic soon.
Note that Yakuza 0 has not yet received a physical copy of its soundtrack in Japan either. SEGA’s game music is currently only available on streaming platforms and in digital stores. These laced boxes therefore represent the first time the Yakuza 0 soundtrack has been released on physical media.
