Build A Rocket Boy, a studio of ex-GTA developers, reveals its multi-world gaming experience everywhere.
The game is scheduled to be released in 2023, with platforms to be announced.
Announced in 2017, the studio was founded by GTA veterans Matthew Smith, Colin Entwistle and Leslie Benzies.
A seamless blend of gameplay, adventure, creativity and discovery, the game promises to redefine how players connect with each other and the digital world around them.
According to the studio, the game features traditional gameplay mechanics, as well as multiple game modes and styles that allow you to “live in the identity and adventure you want to explore the most.”
“We’ve always strived to push the boundaries of video games while still delivering innovative player-first experiences,” said Game Director and Chairman Leslie Benzies.
“Since inception, the teams we’ve built and the partners we’ve built have come together around the unique vision we’re delivering. It’s exciting to be a part of it and we can’t wait to see what the next few months will be. Reveal more about Everywhere.”
In 2020, Benzies reportedly raised more than $40.8 million in funding for the game from various sources, including Chinese tech company NetEase.
