The time has come. After an incredible two years of waiting – thank you, Corona – we can finally go on the trip with Geralt again from tomorrow.
Not that you’ve forgotten: Tomorrow the second season of The Witcher will finally start on Netflix. We had to wait a full two years for the successful first season to continue. Filming had to be interrupted again and again due to the corona pandemic, but the wait is now over.
From Friday, December 17th at 9 a.m. you can watch the full eight episodes of the second season. As with the first time, all episodes are available at once and you don’t have to wait week after week for the next episode.
We are eager to see what happens. In any case, the narrative structure will be much more straightforward. Season 1 “suffered” from the many leaps in time between the narrative strands of the three main characters Ciri, Geralt and Yennefer. But that’s over now. It will also be exciting to see which new characters will appear. Vesemir, Lambert and Coen, whom we will meet in the witcher fortress Kaer Morhen, are already certain.
We wish you a lot of fun!
