Currently under construction at the CD Projekt premises, the remake of The Witcher with the first name has just formalized a major change very far from the original game.
Before the series became an absolute cult series with its third episode The Witcher by CD Projekt, rightly so, two particularly solid games, but they didn’t explode like the third installment. The first of the saga with the sober title The Witcher will soon have the right to a remake. On the other hand, the latter should be quite different from the original game.
The Witcher remake should surprise us
While The Witcher 3 is a rich and extremely expansive open world, the first two games were much more linear, especially the first. The game centered its action in and around a single town, Vizima, which can be partially toured The witcher 3.
But it seems so The Witcher remake have other plans for the fans.
CD Projekt actually made a claim its latest financial statements
Surprising news if you’ve already done the original game, since the latter is usually divided in to sectors and the plot constantly pushes the player forward. But this announcement nonetheless promises a much deeper adventure and we can already expect all new main and/or side quests as well as hours of additional gameplay. So the remake could surprise with a completely different approach. Now it remains to be seen how CD Projekt plans to pin all this.
