Amazon has announced a new TV adaptation of Trails of the Dragon: Yakuza, based on the hit SEGA action role-playing game. The series will be released on Amazon Prime Video service on October 24/25, with simultaneous global releases.
The announcement was made via RGG Studio and X on Amazon’s official account. The main artwork is a logo with a distinct Yakuza style, and a photo of Kiyru with his iconic dragon tattoo. Kiyru will be played by Ryoma Takeuchi, who is best known for his role in Kamen Rider, although he has a long career on Japanese television.
