Skyrim never dies, long live Skyrim! We can all agree that even after 11 years, Skyrim is still one of the most relevant role-playing games of our time. After all, it is kept alive by numerous new versions, newly discovered secrets such as the treasure foxes and of course the well-loved mods.
And while we thought we’d seen it all when it came to mods, the new mod Scholarship of Skyrim proved us wrong.
There are as many mods for Skyrim as there are guards with horrific knee injuries in Skyrim. Graphic mods that make the RPG look like a completely different game, Survival-Mods or of course the total conversions that create a new world in the engine. The largest of them is Beyond Skyrim, which makes all of Skyrim and even areas beyond accessible:

Beyond Skyrim – This open world is seven times the size of Bethesda
But some mods also let you experience very banal things in Skyrim. For example, writing a thesis about the backstory of the world.
In Scholarship of Skyrim, you research the culture and past of the Nords, Dwemer and Falmer by talking to other academics, reading books, or going on expeditions. In the end you will hold your own scientific work in your hands – which will not be perfect with all the research at the beginning. There is a leveling system that will make you a better academic step by step.
Scholarship of Skyrim is available on Nexusmods and according to creator Zamio1, it’s also compatible with all major Winterhold Academy overhauls – if you’re looking for the ultimate academic experience. However, keep in mind that the mod is currently only available in English. For this, Zamio1 is currently working on other peoples that can be studied and more details for the extraordinary mod.
