The expectations for Daredevil Born Again are enormous, while the series was a real hit in 2015. But a recent announcement on the networks has fans even more excited.
After a complete reboot of the project, Daredevil Born Again appears to be starting on a healthier footing. In any case, we find some familiar faces from the original series. Among others, Charlie Cox in his role as Matt Murdock and Deborah Ann Woll in the skin of Karen Page. But it seems that another lead actor from the original series is also joining this beautiful cast…
Daredevil Born Again seems to live up to its name
Among the most iconic depictions of Marvel superheroes in series, Daredevil’s takes the highest spots on the podium between 2015 and 2018. Originally broadcast by Netflix, it is definitely one of the most critically and commercially successful productions in this field. It actually had everything going for it: a five-star cast, a solid script and a fair portrayal of the blind vigilante.
The production of the Daredevil Born Again series by Disney+ was therefore obvious. However, the project has been worrying fans for a long time. Ultimately, it’s about restarting the series and at the same time keeping actors who haven’t gotten any younger. However, the latest version of the project seems to be heading in the right direction. Last night we were gifted with a little surprise Instagram
« One batch, two batches… »
The actor actually shared a meaningful picture on his official Instagram page. It shows a photo of the children’s book that Frank Castle’s daughter made her father read every night to fall asleep. As a reminder, this is also what the Punisher whispers before each of his murders. After all, it was the name of the fourth episode of the second season of the Netflix series Daredevil. The blood-stained threads therefore appear too large to be harmless.
Thanks to this innocent photo, Jon Bernthal has definitely rekindled enthusiasm for the upcoming series. It must be said that the Punisher is a particularly appreciated character due to his extremely contrasting character. Sort of a side of the same coin compared to Daredevil, the vigilante who tries not to kill. More than ever, “Daredevil Born Again” seems to live up to its name. Judgment in 2025.
