Things have changed a lot since I told you that I was the worst student at Hogwarts Legacy. As I anticipated, that same weekend I got the Alohomora spell and decided to focus: I made progress in my classes and began to complete the Field Guide. The result is a 100% complete story and Field Guide.
However, I would be lying to you if I told you that I have been constant. at least half of my 70 hours of gameplay (so far), I have spent them inside my Room of Requirement. And the truth is that I was dying to tell you how I have it set up. The perfect excuse was given to me by the news of a player who has spent more than 40 hours in his Room of Requirement.
My Room of Requirement at Hogwarts Legacy: welcome to my personal paradise
I’m a big fan of everything that involves build and decorate
games like Fallout 4, Fallout 76 y No Man’s Sky I’ve been given so many hours of construction, so I completely lost my mind when I found out that Hogwarts Legacy let me customize my own Room of Requirement. And it’s not just customizing, it’s also having your own plantation and nurseries with magical animals. Animal Crossing: Hogwarts Editionso that we understand each other.
The room of requirement It starts with having the central room, a place that doesn’t say much and doesn’t offer many customization options either. I must admit that that area still does not contain a piece of furniture to this day. I didn’t find it attractive, but things changed when they handed me the first expansion: a room in the west area.
My mind started working: I had a hall and a room to plant and make my first plants and potions respectively. I opted for one natural setting, rural and based on the care of plants. Bricomania roll, but prettier. Obviously everything with green tones.
Shortly after, I received the call from Deek, a house-elf who is in charge of maintaining the Room of Requirement. You could say that he is my Alfred Pennyworth. He tells me that I can rescue magical animals and have a nursery to take care of them. The room generates a magical door to a beautiful green meadow. I finish losing my mind when I see that I can color structures and a feeder for my little bugs.
Do you know what is said about “I’m going to leave everything and go to the fields to raise goats“? Well Hogwarts Legacy has allowed me to do it. I choose to progress the story while making regular visits to my Room of Requirement to collect my plants, craft quests, and care for my animals.
Without eating or drinking it, my Room of Requirement adds THREE nurseries
- prairie nursery: small magical animals and fields such as Puffskeins, Nifflers and Mooncalfs, among others.
- beach nursery: magical flying animals like Jobberknolls and Fwoopers, among others.
- swamp nursery: Thestrals and Toads. They are the only animals that fit in that zone.
- plateau nursery: my favorite area for my favorite animals. The Phoenix, Unicorns, Hippogriffs and Graphorns.
The nurseries have their paths, feeders, a toy box for the animals, vegetation to make the environment more natural, and a house to role-play that my character lives there. In the nursery on the plateau, he has a tent instead of a house to make the setting more adventurous and wild.
The Room of Requirement Hogwarts Legacy It has stolen many hours from me, more than even many games. I can’t promise that my room will be the same when this is published… but I can assure you that if you like to build and decorate as much as I do, it will take you many hours.
