Three key ratings takeaways in FIFA 23
#1: Ronaldo and Messi are the big losers: FIFA 23 marks the end of an era. Not only is FIFA 23 the last football game from EA with the big brand name, the two world stars Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are no longer the undisputed best players after years of dominance.
Ronaldo loses one strength point and only gets a value of 90 in FIFA 23. Messi even loses two strength points and is still in the top spot with a 91, but has to share it with four other players (Lewandowski, Mbappé, Benzema and De Bruyne). share.
#2: The Real Madrid Effect: What is immediately noticeable are the numerous strength boosts for Real Madrid players. David Alaba (+2), Antonio Rüdiger (+4), Vinicius Junior (+6) and Karim Benzema (+2) stand out in particular. Why an Alaba at Bayern remained undervalued for a long time despite strong performances, but is suddenly one of the best IV’s in the game at Real is likely to cause discussions.
#3: The Bundesliga players in the top 100: A few Bundesliga players have again made it into the top 100 best players. However, these all come from the same three clubs: FC Bayern, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.
