On May 21, Total War: Warhammer II will host The Warden & The Paunch, including two new legendary Lords for the Green Skins and High Elves races. Their campaigns will conclude with a confrontation which will determine the fate of the kingdom of Yvresse.
Grom, or Grom la Panse, warlord of the Green Skins, is endowed with supreme power and a WAAAGH. For its part, Eltharion, prince of Yvresse, is a High Elf born to protect Yvresse from the coming green tide. Both are sworn enemies. Each has its own factions, objectives, mechanisms, units and ways of playing; these can be used in the Eye of the Vortex and Deadly Empires campaigns, as well as in custom and multiplayer battles.
New heroes and units will be found on the battlefields of the New World: the Archmage and the Giant Troll Witch, the Magical Wild Idols, the Arcane Phoenixes and the Chrace War Lions.
All Total War: Warhammer II players can get their hands on a free Dragon Lord, Prince Imrik of Caledor, dedicated to assist Eltharion in the defense of the kingdom against the powerful green wave.
This DLC pack also includes an update for all Total War: WARHAMMER II players, improving the quality of life of the Green Skins faction, notably thanks to the mechanics of WAAAGH, or even tanks.
Total War: Warhammer 2 – The Warden & The Paunch will be available on May 21, 2020 at 4 p.m. for € 8.99 via Steam.

For many years now, Eltharion the Guardian of Tor Yvresse has been watching the horizon, on the lookout for the slightest sign of invasion by Peaux-Vertes. While campaigning across the seas, battling the Naguchond Druchii long ago, Tor Yvresse was close to falling as the greenish tsunami of Grom la Panse's legendary Waaagh roared across Ulthuan. After defeating Grom and repelling his hordes, Eltharion swore that none of these damned Orcs or Goblins would set foot on his land again.
But Grom had other plans. His cavernous belly gurgled with a desire for revenge, and his thirst for revenge was matched only by his titanic appetite. As his gobbos take care of the bubbling cauldron, feasting him on tender and delicious bites, his plan begins to take shape. He will bring them all together, the guys and the chefs, burn them with rage, and take them to the most terrible Waaagh the world has ever known. This time, Tor Yvresse will fall, and this pretentious Guardian will kneel before the terrible Panse!
